Board of Kirloskar Ferrous Industries recommends final dividend As on : 12-Jun-26 16:54
Kirloskar Ferrous Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 June 2026, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 60%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
