Indostar Capital Finance allots 2,900 equity shares under ESOP As on : 12-Jun-26  13:58

Indostar Capital Finance has allotted 2,900 equity shares under ESOP on 12 June 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,61,58,50,070/- consisting of 16,15,85,007 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each.
