Somany Ceramics further invests Rs 1.80 cr in Sudha Somany Ceramics As on : 11-Jun-26 13:57
Somany Ceramics has further acquired 18,00,000 11% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1.80 crore in Sudha Somany Ceramics (SSCPL), a subsidiary of the company, by way of rights issue on 10 June 2026.
