PNB Housing Finance allots NCDs aggregating Rs 245 cr

PNB Housing Finance has allotted 24,500 Listed, Secured, Rated, Taxable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs. 245 crore, through private placement.
