Amber Enterprises India Limited has informed you that IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, a material subsidiary of the Company, has acquired an additional 37.50% equity stake in Ascent Circuits Private Limited, a subsidiary of IL JIN and a step-down subsidiary of the Company on 19th June 2026.
