Board of Premier Energies recommends Second Interim dividend As on : 05-May-2026

Premier Energies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 May 2026, inter alia, have recommended the Second Interim dividend of Rs 0.75 per equity Share (i.e. 75%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
