Shish Industries Limited will seek shareholder and creditor approval for a scheme of amalgamation/merger with its wholly owned subsidiaries, Shish Polylam Private Limited and Shish Global Solutions Private Limited, at a board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, 2026, according to a regulatory filing.</p>
