IndiGrid Investment Managers Limited, the investment manager of IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust, will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and to consider a distribution of income to unitholders of IndiGrid for Q1 FY27, with August 17, 2026, set as the record date.
