Bayer CropScience Limited announced that Pankaj Ramanbhai Patel will step down as Chairman and Non-Executive Independent Director on September 11, 2026, following the completion of his second consecutive term, and will also cease to be a member of the Company’s Audit Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee. The company further announced the appointment of Ravi Moti Kirpalani as an Additional Independent Director, effective September 1, 2026, for a term until August 31, 2031, subject to shareholder approval, and he will assume the role of Chairman on September 12, 2026.
