Shree Krishna Paper Mills & Industries Ltd. will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on August 12, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the trading window for the company will remain closed until August 14, 2026, as informed to the BSE Limited.
