Semac Construction Ltd., formerly Semac Consultants Limited, will hold a board meeting on Friday, August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for both standalone and consolidated entities for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company said in a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
