Equitas Small Finance Bank allotted shares to option grantees, boosting paid-up capital As on : 05-Aug-2026

Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited announced today, August 5, 2026, the allotment of 35,739 equity shares of Rs 10 each to option grantees who exercised options under the ESFB Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2019, increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 11,43,89,63,680 to Rs 11,43,93,21,070.
