Lunolux Limited disclosed to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that Lunolux Midco Limited, a promoter of Eureka Forbes Limited, has created a pledge over 121,041,730 equity shares, representing 62.55% of the total paid-up share capital, held by Lunolux Midco in Lunolux Limited, on May 7, 2024. The pledge was made in favor of CSCGlobal Capital Markets (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., acting as a security agent for certain lenders, including Barclays Bank PLC, and was utilized for the repayment of an existing facility obtained by Lunolux. Additionally, Lunolux created a non-disposal undertaking over the same shareholding on May 7, 2024.
