Adani Enterprises Limited announced that Adani Defence Systems & Technologies Limited (ADSTL), a wholly owned subsidiary, has completed the acquisition of the remaining 44.6% stake in Flight Simulation Solutions Private Limited (FSSPL), as previously disclosed on July 16, 2026. With this acquisition, FSSPL and its subsidiary, Flight Simulation Technique Centre Private Limited, have become wholly owned subsidiaries of ADSTL.
