JAYSYNTH ORGOCHEM LIMITED, formerly known as JD Orgochem Limited, announced the appointment of M/s. Chhogmal & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 52nd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 57th Annual General Meeting, subject to member approval. The appointment was approved by the company's Board of Directors on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee, and replaces M/s. A H J & Associates, who will continue as auditors until the 52nd Annual General Meeting.
