Federal Bank announced the allotment of 7,000 equity shares under its ESOS 2010 Scheme, 54,283 equity shares under its ESOS 2017 Scheme, and 1,970 equity shares under its ESIS 2023 Scheme, all with a face value of Rs 2 each, to option grantees on September 19, 2026, as approved by the Nomination, Remuneration, Ethics and Compensation Committee.</p>
