Omnitex Industries to review quarterly results at board meeting on August 10, 2026 As on : 05-Aug-2026

Omnitex Industries (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on August 10, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with a limited review report. Trading window for the company will remain closed from July 1, 2026, until August 12, 2026, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015.
