Royal Cushion Vinyl Products Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Ltd. The trading window for Designated and Connected Persons was closed from July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
