Ingersoll – Rand (India) Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
