Vapi Enterprise Limited, formerly known as Vapi Paper Mills Ltd., has appointed M I Shah And Co. Chartered Accountant as its Statutory Auditors for the fiscal year 2026-27, subject to shareholder approval, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The appointment, recommended by the Audit Committee, will see M I Shah And Co. hold office for one year from the conclusion of the company’s 52nd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 53rd AGM.</p>
