Aadhar Housing Finance repaid Rs 10 crore principal and Rs 9 million interest on debentures As on : 19-Sep-2026

Aadhar Housing Finance Limited confirmed the timely repayment of principal and interest on its non-convertible debentures, including an interest payment of Rs 90,00,000 and a redemption of Rs 10,00,00,000, both occurring on September 19, 2026, as per Regulation 57 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.</p>
