Sammaan Capital Ltd consolidated sales up 21.67% on year in Q2FY2026 As on : 13-Aug-26  19:24

Sammaan Capital Ltd share price slipped 1.65% to Rs 160.75 after the company's net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 103% to Rs 243.3 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 21.67% to Rs 1651.93 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Housing Finance Company industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 2.69 lakh crore, rising 4.10%. It has slipped by 2.15% over last one week and ticked higher by 2.09% in last one month while the market capitalization of Sammaan Capital Ltd has softened by 3.77% and 12.79% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Sammaan Capital Ltd stood at Rs 326.01 crore in Q2 FY26, tanking 30.36% year-on-year, and nosediving by 103.23% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 284 crore, plunging by 39.62% YoY and crashing by 107.94% sequentially. Total expenses saw a steep drop of 72.64% to Rs 1356.8 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 176.61 crore, slipping by 3.90% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations posted a slight growth of 1.75% to Rs 8623.33 crore, while net profit plunged by 248.52% to Rs 1807.46 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 143091% to Rs 2412.39 crore, and PBT collapsed by 244.09% to Rs 2375.57 crore compared to previous TTM. Sammaan Capital Ltd soared by 34.41% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 2.83% during the same period.
