Ganges Securities Ltd consolidated sales up 156.67% on year in Q2FY2026 As on : 13-Aug-26  19:24

Ganges Securities Ltd share price slipped 0.50% to Rs 120.3 after the company's net profit tanked by 145.02% to Rs 1.22 crore, while revenue from operations increased sharply by 156.67% to Rs 7.7 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Tea & Coffee industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.43 lakh crore, slipping 3.64%. It has slipped by 2.12% over last one week and slid back by 11.60% in last one month while the market capitalization of Ganges Securities Ltd has eased by 0.58% and 10.89% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Ganges Securities Ltd stood at Rs 1.46 crore in Q2 FY26, heading higher 10.61% year-on-year, and nosediving by 139.78% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 0 crore, tanking 132.14% YoY and crashing by 97.61% sequentially. Total expenses saw a slight increase of 4.55% to Rs 7.13 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 2.32 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 1557.14% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 5.99 crore, surging 39.95% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations eased 4.92% to Rs 36.11 crore, while net profit tumbled by 46.84% to Rs 2.69 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 420% to Rs 3.47 crore, and PBT contracted 18.17% to Rs 4.64 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 22.06 crore in FY26, as against Rs 21.3 crore in FY25. Ganges Securities Ltd nosedived by 23.55% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.83% during the same period.
