RSWM Ltd share price headed higher 5% to Rs 233.1 after the company's net profit tumbled by 41.93% to Rs 19.65 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 1.69% to Rs 1161.24 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Other Textile Products industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 1.7 lakh crore, rising 5.23%. It has marginally improved by 0.61% over last one week and climbed by 12.83% in last one month while the market capitalization of RSWM Ltd has improved by 7.15% and 38.05% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of RSWM Ltd stood at Rs 27.31 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 147.60% year-on-year, and expanding by 58.78% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 81 crore, rallying 32.79% YoY and surging by 53.59% sequentially. Total expenses slightly declined by 0.04% to Rs 1110.22 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 665.69 crore, growing marginally by 9.98% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 144.05 crore, registering a growth of 10.33% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations eased 5.63% to Rs 4554.13 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 229.96% to Rs 52.01 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 16810% to Rs 231.94 crore, and PBT collapsed by 175.17% to Rs 43.83 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 434.57 crore in FY26, as against Rs 426.39 crore in FY25. RSWM Ltd rallied 55.19% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.20% during the same period.
