Profit before tax (PBT) of Jyoti Structures Ltd stood at Rs 19.27 crore in Q2 FY26, expanding by 88.18% year-on-year, and easing 2.23% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 18 crore, surging by 2334.72% YoY and jumping 60.83% sequentially. Total expenses saw a slight increase of 6.07% to Rs 233.68 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 101.27 crore, plunging by 23.13% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 27.04 crore, soaring 98.68% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations soared by 50.76% to Rs 750.87 crore, while net profit surged by 57.52% to Rs 56.03 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 3417% to Rs 26.82 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 54.46% to Rs 54.71 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 268.98 crore in FY26, as against Rs 177.29 crore in FY25. Jyoti Structures Ltd crashed 30.32% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.94% during the same period.
