Worth Peripherals Ltd consolidated sales up 7.71% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit expanded by 15.60% As on : 04-Aug-26  16:37

Worth Peripherals Ltd share price softened by 0.94% to Rs 143.0. The Company's net profit registered a growth of 15.60% to Rs 5.26 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 7.71% to Rs 82.0 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Packaging industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 45160.61 crore, easing 8.15%. It has eased by 0.22% over last one week and moving up by 13.78% in last one month while the market capitalization of Worth Peripherals Ltd has marginally improved by 0.35% and 3.06% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Worth Peripherals Ltd stood at Rs 7.99 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 27.03% year-on-year, and improving 13.33% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 9 crore, expanding by 52.69% YoY and rising 6.61% sequentially. Total expenses saw a slight increase of 7.50% to Rs 73.98 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 59.23 crore, growing marginally by 6.57% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 5.15 crore, ticking higher by 5.97% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations advanced 15.65% to Rs 275.79 crore, while net profit saw a marginal increase of 6.25% to Rs 17.34 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 1234% to Rs 23.22 crore, and PBT inched up 9.15% to Rs 23.97 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 21.36 crore in FY26, as against Rs 13.47 crore in FY25. Worth Peripherals Ltd nosedived by 8.95% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 2.94% during the same period.
