Profit before tax (PBT) of Kriti Nutrients Ltd stood at Rs 9.28 crore in Q1 FY26, surging by 44.10% year-on-year, and nosediving by 21.69% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 8 crore, rallying 85.58% YoY and tanking 19.58% sequentially. Total expenses rose by 15.46% to Rs 247.36 crore in Q1FY26 over Q1FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 216.94 crore, increasing 19.30% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 7.27 crore, surging 65.60% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 25.49% to Rs 921.51 crore, while net profit softened by 8.59% to Rs 33.84 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 3958% to Rs 35.47 crore, and PBT dipped slightly 9.38% to Rs 45.11 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 64.29 crore in FY26, as against Rs 31.96 crore in FY25. Kriti Nutrients Ltd nosedived by 32.44% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.81% during the same period.
