The market capitalization of Tractors industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 40369.25 crore, gaining 7.72%. It has improved by 4.02% over last one week and eased lower by 4.97% in last one month while the market capitalization of Escorts Kubota Ltd has marginally improved by 4.49% and 3.80% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Escorts Kubota Ltd stood at Rs 492.14 crore in Q2 FY26, tumbling by 67.57% year-on-year, and surging by 15.09% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 147 crore, dropping 11.30% YoY and plunging by 43.37% sequentially. Total expenses grew marginally by 9.84% to Rs 2918.06 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1909.86 crore, inching up 0.40% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 210.5 crore, seeing a marginal contraction of 1.97% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations advanced 12.66% to Rs 11540.26 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 21.56% to Rs 1366.42 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 71440% to Rs 930.0 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 34.03% to Rs 1810.76 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1381.16 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1003.19 crore in FY25. Escorts Kubota Ltd nosedived by 8.34% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has eased by 3.81% during the same period.
