Veljan Denison Ltd consolidated sales down 5.29% on year in Q2FY2026, net profit rose by 13.11% As on : 03-Aug-26  15:04

Veljan Denison Ltd share price softened by 1.07% to Rs 1751.0 after the company's net profit improved by 13.11% to Rs 7.68 crore, while revenue from operations eased by 5.29% to Rs 43.48 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Auto Components & Equipments industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 10.61 lakh crore, gaining 8.31%. It has marginally improved by 0.93% over last one week and climbed by 13.19% in last one month while the market capitalization of Veljan Denison Ltd has slipped by 3.58% and 71.54% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Veljan Denison Ltd stood at Rs 10.51 crore in Q2 FY26, easing 5.63% year-on-year, and advancing by 13.25% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 10 crore, slipping 0.30% YoY and rising 6.67% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 8.73% to Rs 33.96 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 14.98 crore, inching up 0.74% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 5.21 crore, ticking higher by 4.83% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations improved 13.08% to Rs 155.7 crore, while net profit saw a mild growth of 7.48% to Rs 23.72 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 3000% to Rs 33.95 crore, and PBT rose 11.73% to Rs 33.05 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 19.39 crore in FY26, as against Rs 15.34 crore in FY25. Veljan Denison Ltd jumped 52.53% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.81% during the same period.
