Profit before tax (PBT) of Divis Laboratories Ltd stood at Rs 1180.0 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 60.98% year-on-year, and surging by 22.53% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1191 crore, expanding by 95.25% YoY and jumping 52.89% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 2.93% to Rs 1958.0 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 1503.0 crore, witnessing a sharp rise of 23.81% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 408.0 crore, rising by 7.09% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations grew 12.82% to Rs 10560.0 crore, while net profit registered a growth of 17.21% to Rs 2568.0 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA surged by 267600% to Rs 2934.0 crore, and PBT rose 16.19% to Rs 3388.0 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 2738.0 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1653.0 crore in FY25. Divis Laboratories Ltd soared by 22.06% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.81% during the same period.
