Profit before tax (PBT) of Jayant Agro Organics Ltd stood at Rs 27.78 crore in Q2 FY26, rallying 26.62% year-on-year, and rising 2.28% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 37 crore, jumping 32.93% YoY and expanding by 16.95% sequentially. Total expenses jumped by 23.34% to Rs 763.46 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 633.08 crore, soaring by 21.87% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 20.74 crore, improving by 7.46% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations rose 17.59% to Rs 2528.15 crore, while net profit softened by 0.39% to Rs 53.35 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA soared by 9826% to Rs 107.11 crore, and PBT dipped slightly 1.26% to Rs 72.13 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 117.98 crore in FY26, as against Rs 15.78 crore in FY25. Jayant Agro Organics Ltd nosedived by 8.22% in last one year, significantly underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.81% during the same period.
