Management Commentary:

Rakesh Verma, Chairman & Managing Director, MapmyIndia, commenting on the Q1 FY27 results, said 'We began FY2027 with another quarter of profitable growth while continuing our evolution into India`s leading AI-powered deep-tech digital map data, geospatial software, and location-based IoT company. Revenue from Operations grew 15% year-on-year to Rs 139.7 crore, while EBITDA remained strong at Rs 56.1 crore with EBITDA margin at 40.2%, and PAT increased 8.6% YoY to ?49.7 crore with PAT margin at 31.2%. Our performance reflects the continued strength and moat of our products, platforms, APIs and solutions, alongside disciplined execution and continuously growing trust of customers across Automotive, Enterprise and Government segments.

As our business evolves, to help investors and analysts understand our business better, we are refining the way we present our segmental revenue. Beginning this quarter, we are reporting our market-wise segmental revenues across three customer-focused verticals - Automotive, Enterprise and Government - instead of the previously reported A&M and C&E market segments. This clearly reflects our revenue from these specific customer segments, and also how we organize our operations and pursue growth opportunities. We continue to report product-wise segmental revenue and profitability under the Map-led and IoT-led categories, as these remain the core pillars of our offerings across all our customer verticals.

This quarter also marks an important milestone in our leadership journey with the appointment of Rohan Verma as Joint Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval, effective 1st July 2026. Rohan has played a pivotal role, along with the team, in building upon our vision, developing our technology platforms, advancing innovative products and solutions trengthening our competitive position and market leadership, and now, shaping our Artificial Intelligence roadmap. His expanded responsibilities reflect our commitment to strengthening our leadership as we accelerate innovation, deepen customer engagement and build the next phase of MapmyIndia`s growth.

When it comes to AI, which is causing a paradigm shift and technological revolution in the world today, I would like to share that AI is not new to us. We have been using AI for the last 5+ years to update and enhance our maps. Additionally, we have been building AI capabilities into our products as well, to deliver more features and benefits to our customers. Now, we are leaning heavily into AI ' accelerating and increasing our push into AI-native product development, AI-native product offerings and AI-native organizational work. We see the coming time as the golden era for our company, and continue to stay focused on our mission and vision to deliver innumerable benefits to our customers and the world through maps and location technologies.

It is important to re-emphasise that we have spent the last 30+ years continuously envisioning the future and innovating at the cutting-edge of tech, building world-class products and solutions. This pioneering, comprehensive and extensive effort has resulted in us becoming a uniquely multi-product, multi-industry and multi-use case company, which offers a wide expanse of products, platforms, APIs and solutions to our customers, serving their multiple needs in a comprehensive and bespoke manner, and positioning us as an extremely valuable and differentiated digital transformation partner to them. We have a rich legacy of having served thousands of enterprise customers across all industry verticals with our products and solutions, giving newer customers confidence in working with us. And the more customers use us across different use cases, the more richer our products and solutions become. This is our moat, this is our flywheel, and this is our opportunity to keep growing and expanding our business in the time to come, unlocking more use cases for more customers through more of our products and solutions.'
