Ceinsys Tech Ltd. announced it has received a Letter of Intent dated August 4, 2026, from the Bhandara Municipal Council in Maharashtra for the supply, installation, and commissioning of consumer domestic ultrasonic/electromagnetic AMR water meters under Amrut-2.0. The value of the work to be executed is Rs 16,90,52,450, with a stipulated execution period of 12 months. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.
