Shah Alloys closes securities trading window ahead of Q2 financial results announcement As on : 21-Sep-26  11:23

Shah Alloys Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the Second Quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
