Shanmuga Hospital Limited informed the BSE Limited that its members approved the appointment of CS S Anuradha, Practicing Company Secretary, as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years commencing from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, at the company's 6th Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2026.
