ITI Limited receives a three-month AGM extension from the Registrar of Companies in Bangalore As on : 19-Sep-26 13:52
ITI Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore, has granted an extension of three months for holding the Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, following an application filed on September 10, 2026.
