CreditAccess Grameen Limited announced the allotment of 33,689 equity shares of Rs 10 each to 18 employees who exercised options under the CAGL Employees Stock Option Plan – 2011, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 18, 2026.
