GSP Crop Science Limited announced that shareholders at the company's 41st Annual General Meeting held on September 18, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Narayanan Pulukhool Nair (DIN: 11124568) as an Independent Director for a five-year term effective August 11, 2026, and also approved an alteration/amendment/modification of the object clause of the Memorandum of Association.
