Sodhani Academy of Fintech Enablers Limited has completed the acquisition of a 1% stake in CredArc Technologies Private Limited for Rs 10,00,000, representing 5000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 1990 per share. The acquisition, announced previously on September 9, 2026, is aimed at strategic investment in ESG and sustainability technology solutions, according to a regulatory filing.
