SSMD Agrotech India Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of practices and procedures and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
