Pidilite Industries’ committee allotted shares to employees under its Employee Stock Option Plan As on : 18-Sep-26  12:24

Pidilite Industries Limited announced that its ESOP Allotment Committee-2016 has allotted 6,57,480 equity shares at par and 3,000 equity shares at an exercise price of Rs 1195.38 per share to eligible employees under its Employee Stock Option Plan-2016, increasing the company’s share capital from 1,017,879,688 to 1,018,540,168.
