Punjab National Bank’s board elected Vandana Bhagavatula as Shareholder Director As on : 17-Sep-26  22:53

Punjab National Bank announced that Smt. Vandana Bhagavatula has been deemed elected as a Shareholder Director following a review by the Board of Directors, as she was the only valid nomination received for the position through September 10, 2026, and is considered “FIT and PROPER”; consequently, the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for September 25, 2026, to elect a Shareholder Director has been cancelled.
