Looks Health Services Limited confirms Secretarial Auditor resignation, effective September 2026 As on : 17-Sep-26  21:52

Looks Health Services Limited informed the BSE Limited that M/s A. Shubhangi & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, has resigned from the position of Secretarial Auditor of the company, effective September 16, 2026, citing other pre-occupations. The company stated there were no concerns raised by the auditor and the Audit Committee and Board will consider a replacement.
