Shah Metacorp Limited closes securities trading window for insiders ahead of results As on : 17-Sep-26  18:44

Shah Metacorp Limited, formerly known as Gyscoal Alloys Limited, informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for its securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to consider the results to be announced later.
