Swan Defence’s amalgamation with Triumph Offshore approved, effective September 2026 As on : 17-Sep-26  18:42

Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited, formerly Reliance Naval and Engineering Limited, and Triumph Offshore Private Limited have filed a certified copy of the National Company Law Tribunal’s order approving their Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation with the Registrar of Companies, making the scheme effective from September 17, 2026, with an appointed date of April 1, 2024.
