Aadhar Housing Finance Limited announced the allotment of 1,86,440 equity shares of Rs 10 each on September 17, 2026, to eligible option holders who exercised stock options under the Aadhar Housing Finance Limited – Employee Stock Option Plan 2020, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs 4,38,39,31,570.
