Super Iron Foundry closes share trading window ahead of financial results release As on : 17-Sep-26 11:25
Super Iron Foundry Ltd. [Formerly Known as Super Iron Foundry Pvt. Ltd.] informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares will be closed with effect from Thursday, 1st October, 2026, until 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
