TIPCO Engineering India Limited announced that its board approved the acquisition of a 50% stake in Ranks Precision Private Limited for Rs 1,31,62,900 and a 50% partnership interest in Hanutech Engineering Solutions for Rs 1,66,59,971. The acquisitions, which will be completed in due course, are considered related-party transactions as both entities have Mr. Ritesh Sharma, the promoter and managing director of TIPCO Engineering India Limited, as a partner. Ranks Precision Private Limited, incorporated in March 2025, reported a turnover of Rs 11,11,10,002 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, while Hanutech Engineering Solutions, established in January 2021, had a turnover of Rs 19,53,83,559 for the same period.
