Meenakshi (India) Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and the Calcutta Stock Exchange that the company did not raise any proceeds from an Initial Public Offer (IPO), Further Public Offer (FPO), Right Issue, or Preferential Issue during the quarter ended June 30, 2026, rendering the Statement of Deviation or Variation under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 32(1) not applicable.
