OTCO International to review quarterly results and reclassify share capital on August 12 As on : 05-Aug-26  20:54

OTCO International Limited will hold a board meeting on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and a limited review report from Auditors Limited, as well as to reclassify the company’s share capital by consolidating the face value of equity shares from Rs 2 each to Rs 10 each.
